Help develop our great pub food offer.

The Sir John Borlase Warren is recruiting for a Head Chef , working 5 days per week.

(45-50 hours)

The role includes lunch and dinner service, and speciality nights.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards and food safety.

More excitingly, you be responsible for new menu creation and the development of our weekly specials as well as delivering what we believe to be the best Sunday Roast in Canning Circus, Nottingham.

Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
